David H. Cruz, MD
I received my B.S in Biology from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1989. In 1994 I earned my MD at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. I went on to do my Internship and Residency in Family Medicine in San Antonio, Texas Bexar County Hospital District. After working one year in San Antonio, I established my solo practice in Laredo, Texas, which is my home town.
Carlos N. Hornedo III, DO
I received my undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University at College Station in 1985. I earned my Doctor of Osteopathy from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1992. I was commissioned in the Army Medical Corp and honorably discharged in 1995. i went on to do my internship and Residency at the University Hospital in Seminole, Florida and established my Family Practice in Laredo, Texas in 1997.
